Who handles your information

J Consulting Company oversees its commerce operation, including products sold through JennyCamacho.me. Contact hello@jconsultingcompany.com for privacy questions or requests.

Information collected

Checkout and registration collect your name, email address, billing country/state, product, and order details. A phone number is not required for digital checkout. Program applications collect the business and contact information you enter. Our providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure these services.

How it is used

We use this information to process orders, deliver files, provide support, review applications, maintain business records, and understand which products and purchase channels are used. Campaign labels may be passed from a product page to checkout. Do not include private information in campaign links.

Service providers

Hostinger operates checkout, order records, and transactional delivery emails. Stripe and PayPal process payments when selected. Our websites use OpenAI Sites hosting infrastructure. Optional newsletter forms may use Kit. These providers process information needed for their services under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Do not send payment-card details by email.

Optional website chat

Our optional chat is provided by Tawk.to and loads when you choose Start chat. That service processes the messages you submit and technical connection information to provide chat. Automated answers, when enabled, may be inaccurate; confirm important details with the JCC team. Do not submit payment details, identity documents or confidential business records in chat. You may use our business inquiry form or email instead.

Marketing choices

Order and delivery emails are separate from marketing. Marketing signup at checkout is optional and is not a condition of receiving a free or paid digital product. Use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or contact us to withdraw your consent. Community participation is optional and may require a separate sign-in and verification.

Requests and retention

We retain information needed for orders, support, business records, and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing consent. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and provide an appropriate channel.

Scope

This policy covers JCC’s owned commerce and inquiry flows. Marketplace purchases and third-party services have their own privacy policies.
