Refund and return policy

Digital products

Digital product sales are final and nonrefundable after the files or access have been delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Digital files cannot be returned.

If a file is missing, damaged, or inaccessible, email hello@jconsultingcompany.com with your order reference and the problem. J Consulting Company will help resolve delivery and access issues. Do not send payment-card details.

Your purchase and intellectual property

A purchase provides access for your own use. It does not transfer copyright or permission to resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or share the files with others unless the product expressly includes that license.

Programs, services, and retailer purchases

Programs and consulting services follow the enrollment or service terms provided before payment. This digital-download policy does not replace those terms. Purchases through Amazon, Apple Books, Google Play Books, or another marketplace follow that seller’s checkout and refund rules.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law. It applies to purchases made on or after the effective date and does not retroactively change earlier purchase terms.
